Vantage Vector

Using Radar technology, Vector looks up to 200m upstream and determine if approaching vehicles are in the “Dilemma Zone” based on ETA to the stop bar. If so, then the green is extended, otherwise it is not.

Vector can dramatically reduce the number of collisions related to the Dilemma Zone. Vector uses Video technology to detect vehicles around the stop bar and also provide SmartCycle, Iteris’s bicycle differentiating software.

Vector is ideal for intersections with Truck traffic or higher rates of collisions.
